Jongia (UK) Scholarship

Aims of the Scholarship:

-       To motivate employees in the dairy industry to aim for a career in cheese making.

-       To encourage employers to invest in dairy training and education

Education and training is a very important factor in ensuring a better dairy industry for the future. We also would like to motivate the dairy industry to invest in its people and it is important that the dairy that nominates an employee for these awards, explains what it intends to do to motivate the employee.

There are 2 scholarships.

1.    Professional Hard Cheesemaking Course at the School for Artisan Food, Nottinghamshire

2.    Soft Cheese course at AB Cheesemaking, Cheshire
