We have commissioned the cutter now and I would like to forward my most sincere thanks for such a wonderfull piece of work.
The blades are artfull in motion and cut all styles of hard and semi hard cheeses very cleanly with a very good wedge shape, and most of all with a very small amount of waste or recycle product.
Please pass my thanks onto your staff and be sure to get Jaap to get customers over here to see a demonstration.
Many thanks

Isle of Wight Cheese
One of the fastest growing artisan cheesemakers in the country has honoured us with a repeat order, more than doubling his output. As Richard Hodgson wrote to us: "Thanks for all your help and patience in putting the quotes together. I'm really pleased to be ordering all this with you, ASTA and Laude. Names that I can trust."
Woolsery Cheese is a cheesemaker in Dorset. The manual curd mill was making work hard and it was time to look for a motorised curd mill. This is how Annette (owner and cheesemaker) feels: "Just to let you know I am very pleased with the curd mill - don't know what I would do without it now."

Jaap de Jonge is one of the best people in the dairy industry to buy from. He is polite but here's the best bit, he does not mince his words when it comes to advising you on which is the right piece of equipment to buy so not only does he save you money he also makes sure you don't waste it. The help Jaap has given us over the last years has been great, providing advice, sourcing equipment and products. (dairy in Scotland)
